Doherty Petri School of Irish Dance – Now in Scotland
We’re proud to announce that Harrison Dance Studios is the first Scottish home of the internationally renowned Doherty Petri School of Irish Dance, with established locations across Ireland and the United States.

Previously known as the Harrison School of Irish Dance, our school has proudly served the Scottish Irish dance community for over 10 years. Now, as part of the Doherty Petri family, we're entering an exciting new chapter—bringing world-class teaching, international experience, and unparalleled opportunities to our dancers in Scotland.

We offer a full range of classes to suit every age and ability:

• Tiny Toes (Ages 18 months – 3 years): Fun, movement-based sessions designed to introduce toddlers to rhythm and coordination.

• Beginners (Ages 4+): A welcoming environment where young dancers build a strong foundation in Irish dance.

• Advanced & Competitive Classes: For experienced dancers training for competitions, grade exams, and performance opportunities.

• Adult Classes (16+): Tailored for former dancers or adults looking to return to Irish dance in a supportive and energetic setting.

Our studio is located in the East End of Glasgow, 5 minutes from the Glasgow Fort.

We are located inside the Aabsolute Storage building in  Queenslie Industrial Estate, just off of Edinburgh Road.  There is an entry code to get into the building, this will be given once signed up to a class.
